When Scott from Sarasota Florida contacted me about doing a custom piece for him of some Wood Duck decoys in a Texas rig, I was intrigued. I've drawn many things throughout my life, but a decoy was not one one of them. So I hit the drawing board with some pen and prismacolors and got to work. My first piece of 2018 was a blast. I am itchin' right now...... Since my Louisiana trip, I've only fished Everglades National Park twice...... First day, jumped and lost 4 or 5 juvenile tarpon, landed one jack, sight fished in shallow water..... Second trip, caught one 20" seatrout, and a couple early 20" snook.....
